The silence was comforting.
June First, 2062; that was one hell of a party, last week. Hundred and
five. My only present; the NASA Director called to say they found
coccuforms on Europa. I was the first to know. Okay, there was
Congress and the President.
Funny. That silence was my heartbeat a moment ago.
