Mr. Edward Jacoby was arrested today when he dressed as Santa Claus in a mall and was propositioning women to sit on his lap. Women suspected him, it being January, and called police. Jacoby could've eluded arrest, but Miss Madeline Bartlett, a 450-pound teacher, took him up on his offer, holding him for police.
