Chris choked on his milk.
"Dude! You shouldn't read minds without consent. Just 'cause you're my friend doesn't mean you can ignore invasion-of-privacy rules!"
Maddie smirked and crossed her arms. "C'mon, Chris. It doesn't take a mind-reader to tell you've got a thing for her."
