His neighbors in Santa Barbara say that Mark Soloff only drives on sunny days because it was pouring the morning his wife careened off Highway 1 near San-Luis Obispo. Actually, Mark avoids driving in the rain in order to keep people gossiping about it instead of wondering who she was visiting that far north.
