Technically, I'm supposed to review every application, determine merit, virtue, faith-testing opportunities. But a seraph has things to do, you know? And careful choice winds up almost the same as random selection anyway, and the prayers are always the same. I hope the big guy transfers me soon. I'm so sick of lottery duty.
