Mary opened the Crayola box. "It's cookies!"

Dr. Pulsifer smiled. "But what will mommy think is in there?"

Mary looked confused. "Cookies."

"Let's see! Here comes mommy now. What's in the box, mommy?"

"Cookies," Mrs. Hambry said, then staggered and held her head. "How did I..."

Mary brought the box over. "Eat a cookie, Mommy."
