In 2248 Astronaut Jennifer Creighton became the first Human to land on a planet inhabited by alien intelligences. As she stepped from her ship she found a huge swarm of flies.
One of them said "Welcome!"
Damn, she thought, I became an astronaut because I hated flies.
This was going to be one tough mission.
